⚠️ Phase 1 Installation of Secondary Water Meters Will Begin Soon ⚠️
The last few water seasons have been tough, with designations in the extreme/exceptional drought conditions being the norm. Legislation passed by the Utah State Legislature in 2022 requires all secondary water connections in Utah to be metered by 2030.

South Weber Irrigation Company is meeting this challenge by retrofitting pre-existing connections with meters. Work is scheduled to start in the spring on 2023, to be completed in three phases. Data gathered by meters will be used to generate water usage reports to help us manage our water.
This winter has been good, with snowpack continuing to build in our mountains, we expect to have a good run off this spring. This should help fill reservoirs and help with a healthy river flow.
We encourage everyone to be water conscious to help ensure there will be enough water for next year. Please follow watering days/times and do not water if raining.
